I am sad to say that my Daddy has to start back to school on Monday. We have had a fun 2 weeks together. Mommy and Daddy wanted to take me to the pool this weekend, but it just didn't work out. We instead went to the park. It was so much fun but I still can't wait to go to the pool. Hopefully we will go soon. Here are some fun pictures of me at the park enjoying the swing.

I had a very busy and fun weekend. Friday night I went to a shower for Aunt Emily and Uncle Mike. Half way through I got tired and went to my grandparents house to take a nap. Saturday I turned 5 months old. Mommy and I went to a wedding for the daughter of one of her friends from work. The bride was so pretty and looked like a princess. It was fun to see some of Mommy's friends. I really enjoyed meeting Ella, the granddaughter of my mom's friend Debbie. She was funny and I liked watching her dance. Mommy then had to go to work late that night. We went to Grandma and Pawpaw's house Sunday so Mommy could sleep while Dad had class. I thought it was crazy that Daddy had to go to class on a Sunday. Tonight we all went to dinner with a bunch of friends. My parent's friend Diana was in town from D.C. so everyone got together to see her. We had a great time.

Happy Mother's Day Mommy!! Daddy tried to take Mommy to a nice dinner last night and I went with them. I have now learned how to yell and find it funny so we had to leave dinner early. Not exactly what my parents had in mind when they were wanting a nice dinner. I kinda have been yelling a good bit this weekend and not eating as well. Mom and Dad are hoping that it is all because of teething, but I guess we will see. On a happier note, I can now wear clips and bows in my hair, and my Mommy is very excited. Of course, I will most likely learn how to rip everything out of my hair soon, so this may not last long.

This has been a very busy week. Dad had finals all week. I ended up staying at my grandparents house monday night while Mom worked and Dad studied. Tuesday Mom took a quick nap and then we went to lunch with some friends from her work. I got to see Gavin who is about a year older then me. I can't wait to be able to eat table food and walk around like him, then I will keep my parents really busy. After lunch we went shopping with Grandma at Babies'R'Us and got me some more food, YUMMY. Mom had to work again Wednesday and Thursday. Dad had his last final Wednesday, and Thursday was his Birthday. Happy Birthday Daddy!! We spent the whole day together while Mommy got some sleep. Friday Mom and Dad wanted to celebrate Dad's birthday but our dryer broke so we had to first go shopping for a new dryer. Then they dropped me off at Grandma's while they went on something called a date. They said they had fun but missed me and I missed them too. Today we mostly just hung out at the house and waited for the dryer to come. We did go to dinner with Uncle Wally, Uncle Mike, and Aunt Emily tonight. Tomorrow is Uncle Brent's Birthday. Happy Birthday!! We are going to my other granparent's house tomorrow to celebrate both birthdays. What an end to a busy week.
